I ran a successful digital agency for 10 years, started a global movement from a side project and have spoken at conferences and events around the world on purposeful entrepreneurship, startups, community building and meaningful work.

I developed the Happy Startup Canvas, a more-human framework for designing companies. I also developed the Minimum Loveable Product idea, the deck of which has now amassed 2.5 millions views.

As well as mentoring hundreds of startups through our programs, I've taught at several startup programs and alternative business schools including Hub Launchpad, Knowmads, Hyper Island, Lean Startup Machine, Lightning Lab, Fusebox.
