I'm an award-winning management consultant and began my consulting career at IBM (USA), where I worked as a Managing Strategy & Transformation Consultant. For over 15 years, I have helped organizations with operational excellence, process improvement, business transformation, strategy execution and performance management.

I completed my MS degree in Industrial Engineering at Arizona State University. My professional certifications include OKRs Coach (okrs.com), Lean Coach/Master (IBM), Transformational Leadership (IBM), Six Sigma Black Belt (ASU), Project Management Professional (PMI) and ITIL.
