I got my start doing analytics and PM work at a loyalty marketing agency. I joined Segment.com as their first employee and stayed for 3 years, most of my time was spent as VP of Customer Success (technical support & CSM teams). In November of 2016 I left Segment to start an analytics consulting company, Bard Analytics.
