By obtaining a WGA Franchise, Tiauna Jackson became the first 100% Black Woman owned Literary Agent in Los Angeles and I remain the only WGA franchise in Georgia.

The Jackson Agency is now in its 6th year as a talent and literary agency filled with fresh faces and diversity. Focused on serving the entertainment community, The Jackson Agency is headquartered in Century City, California. With a new office in Phoenix, Arizona, The Jackson Agency covers the following markets: LA, SW, SE, NY, UK, CAN.

In 2019, owner, Tiauna Jackson was profiled by the New York Times in a piece about the Uphill Battles Black Agents face in entertainment and became the first agency to franchise in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jackson has continued to trailblaze by interviewing for the following media outlets: Arizona Informant, Love Thyself, By Her Own Rules, Voyage LA, Dope Sistas, Enspire Magazine, Voyage Phoenix, and Medium.
