Bio

Michelle Zatlyn is the co-founder and Head of User Experience at CloudFlare—the Web performance and security company.

CloudFlare is building a better web, and currently accelerates and protects more than 2 million web properties. It was selected by the Wall Street Journal as the Most Innovative Internet Technology Company two years running, and named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Prior to CloudFlare, Michelle worked at Google and Toshiba, and launched two successful startups.

Michelle has been named one of the top women to watch in technology by the Huffington Post and Inc. Magazine. She has spoken at numerous conferences including Women 2.0, Harvard Business School, Cloud Factory, The Canadian University Software Engineering Conference, GO Youth, Metabridge, and she is a frequent panelist for TechCrunch Disrupt.  

In addition to being on the board of directors at CloudFlare, Michelle sits on the Open Internet Advisory Committee for the FCC, the NextGen Advisory Board for the Computer History Museum, and has been nominated to the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders program.

Michelle holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was awarded the Dubliner Prize for Entrepreneurship, and a B.S in Chemistry and Management, with distinction, from McGill University.
